Color Marking can be done on the front and back of the case or the inside surface. All printing setup fees are included in the listed prices.
Standard shipping to you is free for all orders over $35 deliverd to US addresses.
We try to ship all orders within 5 business days. If you are sending us your device we will try to ship it back the same or next day as long as your artwork is ready to go.
If you need to receive an item by a certain date please add a note stating when you need your order received. Faster shipping is recommended as well.

Embroidery requires special files that contain information on how to stitch your artwork and what color threads to use. Normal files do not contain this data, so we have to convert these images to embroidery files.

For Laser Engraving: The engraving process etches a mark into the material. You may upload artwork containing multiple colors, your artwork will be converted to black and white and no color will be added.
